We appreciate all of our clients supporting Brow Social & we’re grateful to be busy doing what we love. We have updated our policies, please read & keep these in mind for future appointments.

Cancellations:
Here at Brow Social there will now be a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment on the day. If we can get the appointment filled in the time you give us, we will try our best but if not there is a 50% cancellation fee.

No Shows:
With your appointment you receive a text message and email 24 & 48 hours before your appointment. If you no show there is a 50% fee of your appointment that will need to be paid before you can book again.

Running Late:
If you are running more then 10 minutes late we will try our best to accomodate you but if we are unable to complete your treatment there will be a 50% no show fee.
